Hot project summer – Cool project video
This summer, the synergies4VET team put its approach with a next step into practice: The team created a training video that illustrates the synergies4VET approach to further project result using and adaptation. Starting from existing project results, we explored how relevant content can be selected, adapted and transformed into new learning material. At the same time, we tested how AI-assisted tools can support the production process – from storyboard and visual design to motion, voice-over, sound and final quality control.
Rather than asking AI to generate a complete video at once, we worked step by step with defined production baselines, controlled candidates, quality gates and human review. This helped us maintain control over content, the quality and the intended learning message throughout the process.
The experience provides an important foundation for the next phase of synergies4VET: developing the online courses. The methods tested during the video production can now be transferred to the creation and adaptation of further digital learning resources.
In this way, the new video serves two purposes: it illustrates the synergies4VET approach – and its production helps us develop a controlled workflow for creating the learning content that comes next.
