Needs Analysis Survey Launched Across Partner Countries
Understanding the Skills Gap
The Synergies4VET consortium has launched a comprehensive needs analysis survey targeting VET trainers, hospitality employers and current learners across all three partner countries.
The survey aims to identify the most pressing skills gaps in the hospitality sector and evaluate the effectiveness of existing training programmes. Results will directly inform the design of our e-learning courses and the development of updated competence frameworks.
The survey is available in English, German, Italian and Greek, and will remain open until 15 March 2026.
